I’ve made a concerted effort to feed the birds this summer. As of late I have been treated to watching this family visit the bird feeder at least once a day. Poppa quail is always on alert.

Views of Sequim, the Olympic Peninsula. . .and beyond
belle famille, les enfants se portent bien. je te souhaite un bon weekend
beautiful family, the children go well. I wish you a good weekend
A beautifully captured shot of the bird family!
Wonderful. You really got a prize photo. Quail are not easy to get close to or to see, and here they appear to be close enough for a good shot.
Wow Norma,This instantly took me back forty years,
to a time we had to stop the car to let a mother quail
lead her babies across the highway.A little parade.
Those little ‘tufts’ are so unique to me.
Good catch here.
That’s quite a brood. Nine kids and mom and dad. I’m sure they appreciate the Sequim restaurant.
Quail are beautiful birds, and you have quite a lot of them. So special.
good capture, that is the largest covey of quail i have ever seen
