Parkside

One of the newer subdivisions in Sequim contains only 15 townhouse units. They have a certain appeal as they are close enough to downtown to walk and the bus stop is within a block and a half. Part of the units back up to Pioneer Park, a definate plus. The Post Office and other apartment buildings are across the street and right next door. These could be pluses or minuses, depending on how you feel. The website shows floorplans, but does not give you square footage or pricing. A phone call revealed the largest unit is 1286sq’, with smallest at 1011 sq.’ Prices range from $205,000 to $249, 500.

  1. je me rends pas bien compte si cela est cher ou pas pour ta ville. Mais c’est bien une ville qui bouge

I do not realize well if that is expensive or not for your city. But it is well a city which moves

  2. I wonder how I’d do, living in spaces so much smaller than I am used to? Perhaps it would depend upon the size of the backyard and the friendliness of the neighborhood.

  3. So close together.
It looks like you could just open your window,
and ask to borrow a cup of sugar without either of you leaving home.

  4. One of the things I like about new developments is that all the utilities are underground. Makes for a more appealing environment. Thanks for visiting jules and commenting.

  5. It is hard for me to imagine that,
for a quarter million dollars you don’t even get four walls to yourself!

  6. We don’t see many single story townhomes around here. These have a good amount of sq. footage.and the price is reasonable by Calif. standards. They do look comfortable.

  7. One day I would love to live in a townhome. I LOVE the IDEA of gardening…but I don’t find that I actually DO it much. πŸ™‚ My ideal townhome would be a tad cheaper though. hee hee hee πŸ™‚
