At first glance you might miss this piece of art downtown. It is part of a concrete planter/bench along the waterfront. I thought they were winds when I first took the picture. Now I am not so sure.

I do love freeze type art though. I’m sure that’s not technically what the form of art is, but it looks like Greek or Roman freezes to little ole me.
